British national who spent 10 yrs living and working in Germany prior to moving to the USA.
After many years working in the business information field, I have taken the plunge and am now in the process of setting myself up as a personal chef in the Atlanta area.
My passion for food and wine was sparked while a student in the UK and over the years I have developed a wide repertoire of "ethnic" favourites. I attended Leith's School of Food & Wine in London and have also completed a course with the Culinary Business Academy.
My favourite cuisines are Italian, Indian sub-continent, S. E. Asian and Central & Eastern European.
