First and foremost, I am not an expert in the Culinary Arts. While this may sound negative to start out a resumé, there has been much scuttlebutt by many who do not believe home chefs have a place in the food blogging community. So to set the record straight, when I started posting recipes for my kids, I discovered someone unknown to me had viewed and commented on my blog. Who wouldn't be flattered? From their I've enjoyed sharing my ideas, techniques I use, or tips collected from over 40 years of being in the kitchen. Blogging is the same thing as sharing with friends, relatives or co-workers, a 3x5 index card and telling a story behind that card.
