My husband and I have a food and wine website - www.easyfoodandwine.com - where we post recipes we create and also have a blog about wine. The theme of the site is Food and Wine Pairing, so each recipe is paired with two wine selections, with a less expensive wine for under $15 that's available nationally, and a more expensive or harder to find 'Splurge' wine.
My husband, Mike Kass, is the 'chef' in our family - he does 99% of all the cooking (I occasionally help as his prep cook when he lets me!) and he writes all the recipes. I am the 'wine expert' aka wino of the family and I write the wine blog and choose the wine pairings. I worked at a small Napa Valley winery for five years before Mike and I moved back to Massachusetts in 2006.
