I am the creator and owner of GoGo Green Garden, an edible gardening business based in Seattle, Wa. With gogo, build, plant and tend edible gardens for clients in their backyards. In March of 2009 I launched, a garden website that pairs city gardeners to garden space via an online matching site.

I am a regular contributor to Edible Seattle, a bi-monthly food-focused magazine highlighting the culinary bounty of the Puget Sound Region and was the food writer for Seattle's Conscious Choice from December 2006 to April 2009. For five years, I produced the three-hour weekly radio program In The Kitchen with Tom and Thierry for Newstalk 97.3 KIRO. The show is hosted by two James Beard award-winning chef/author/restaurateurs, Tom Douglas and Thierry Rautureau and I now contribute a weekly segment, The Urban Garden Report. I just finished writing my first cookbook titled Urban Pantry - Tips & Recipes for a Thrifty, Sustainable, Seasonal Kitchen, to be published by SkipStone Press in April of 2010.
