Everyone deserves good taste! To that end, spices are the secret ingredient to flavorful and good food, real food and healthy food. But there is so much more.

I'm intrigued with spices---History, environment, geography, culture: spices are a launching pad for all these topics. In addition to flavor spices offer stories. Pick your genre--adventure, mystery, romance, it's all there. The best part, is these days spices are so accessible and an easy way to go gourmet.

So when I'm not playing around on my hobby site dedicated to spices and its growing community I'm busy with my family, training my off-track thoroughbred for eventing and downhill skiing. My food's not boring---why should my life be? :-)
