I love Italy and all it has to offer, I have started promoting Tuscany and running cooking classes & wine courses in Florence, a magnificent part of the world.
I do not teach the cooking although I do love to cook, we have fabulous tuscan born chefs for the instruction part. I never tire of the people that come for the courses , there is some special quality that links all different characters together through cooking. I have been here for 20yrs , I was born in Australia and also lived in the USA for many yrs.
