Both my husband and I are pastry chefs by trade and we owned a wholesale dessert company and a restaurant in Edmonton, AB for over 10 years. Have since moved on to other endeavors but still enjoy the kitchen life. Creating desserts will always be a passion for me. May venture back into the food industry if the stars align. :o)
