This blog is about my journey with making French macaron. I've included step by step instructions complete with photos so that you can make them too.

I love making them because I can create wonderful colours, flavours and textures. Making macaron is more than just about cooking it also combines science and art. Before I mastered them I had many failures. "Think like a queen. A queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another stepping stone to greatness".
