Joe Ambrosino

For the past two years, I have been working as a private chef, but I have been cooking for people since 1975.In addition to having great genes (My grandmother and mother were legendary cooks) and living in New York City my entire life (which helped develop my palette), I have worked in restaurants for 16 years and have developed a curriculum called "Learning to Shop and Cook Like An Italian Grandma" which I teach to interested groups. I also own and operate Your Italian Grandma Party Planning. In addition, I publish a blog on Italian Food with recipes, reminiscences and restaurant reviews and information on sources of Italian food.
