I'm a musician/poet/ author/minister of the Word. When I don't have a stage gig, I 'act out' in the kitchen. I was challenged by my husband years ago when I was told that his Mother could cook anything. It made me mad and I took it on.
I accidentally bought a gourmet cookbook at a store closing when I was a naive young mother-to-be who did not know how to make anything but great club sandwiches. I did not know how to do anything streamline, so my start to unusual application started then.

By style, I am known as "Queen of Shortcuts" when it comes to my culinary output. Show me a difficult recipe, and I can find a way to make it simpler for less time without compromising the quality, presentation, and ultimately the taste.

I finally conquered the 'backyard panic' of smoking, and barbequing ribs, roasts. and other bulk meats. in over half the time. Tug on me long enough, and I'll tell you.

I'm not insecure about my future. It has been predetermined as I can hide under the Robe of Eternity! If I had to ask one select guest to my next meal, it would be Jesus. and it would probably be my blue cheese soufflé because of its heavenly texture !
