Wasabi Prime
I like to eat. I like to write and photograph. And I like to cook. But really, it's mostly the eating, and I think I'm quite good at that. I am a graphic designer, sharing my time between art and pursuing food writing and photography. I created the blog, Wasabi Prime in early 2009, and have been fortunate to have it mentioned in New York Magazine's Grub Street, Food News Journal, and the photographs have been featured on Tastespotting and Serious Eats. Separate from the blog, I have had food articles published on The Seattle P-I, Downtown Bellevue Network and Bellevue.com. I'm seeing where this path of writing and photography will go, and true to the blog's tagline, I'm taking heaping servings of, "food, culture, and whatever else fits on the plate."
