I found one recipe on how to make them here on Foodista:
1.The basic technique is to pound out a chicken breast and fill it with cheese and ham or other topping.
2.Then you want to roll it and secure the roll with a toothpick.
3. Next, bake it in the oven until chicken is fully cooked.
Some people like to add a breading to their chicken rolls before baking them.
The same as melissa's recipe- except roll the chicken in a butter then a mixture of bread crumbs, parmasean and garlic salt
go to the top of a mountain and gently push afore mentioned chicken and ham and it will roll off--pronto
