Mocha Paste is a smooth concentrate of coffee and chocolate. Most recipes usually call for about 1-2 Tbsp. You can mail order it from Mondo Foods or Very Asia .com.
I usually make this mixture-
3 TBSP cocoa powder
1/2 TBSP instant coffee or espresso
3 TBSP strong coffee
Mix together to make a smooth paste- add more cocoa if necessary.
