center cut pork chops |

can cream of potato soup |
shortening, for frying |

Step 1 |
Season chops for frying using whatever seasoning you like! Cover chops with flour before frying. |
Step 2 |
Fry the chops at high degree in shortening. Only to get them crispy and brown. |
Step 3 |
Once chops are brown place immediately without draining them in Pyrex dish with lid. |
Step 4 |
Empty the soup onto the chops. Pour 1/2 can of water onto soup (stir soup and water) moving the chops around. |
Step 5 |
Place lid, bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20-30 minutes or until nice and tender. |
