center cut pork chops

1

can cream of potato soup

flour

shortening, for frying

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Season chops for frying using whatever seasoning you like! Cover chops with flour before frying.

Step 2

Fry the chops at high degree in shortening. Only to get them crispy and brown.

Step 3

Once chops are brown place immediately without draining them in Pyrex dish with lid.

Step 4

Empty the soup onto the chops. Pour 1/2 can of water onto soup (stir soup and water) moving the chops around.

Step 5

Place lid, bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20-30 minutes or until nice and tender.

Serve with mashed potatoes; the sauce acts as a simple gravy.
