Pasta Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup pasta corkscrew
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt plain
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing *
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning crushed
1 small tomato seeded and chopped
Lettuce leaves

Preparation

*Recipe called for reduced calorie mayonnaise, I used fat-free

Cook pasta according to package direction, Drain. Rinse under cold water.

Drain again.

For dressing, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and dash pepper. Toss together the pasta, dressing, cabbage and carrots, chicken and tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Cover; and chill for several hours.

2gWW Points: 6 (according to MC) I changed cooked chicken from 1 cup to 6 ounces and reduced-calorie mayonnaise to fat-free the recipe asked for 1 cupmixed shredded cabbage and carrots, I used 1 cup shredded cabbage and 1/4 cup shredded carrots.
