Sausage Loaf

Ingredients

cup Onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
cup Milk
1 pound Velveeta cheese, grated

Preparation

Slice loaf lengthwise with more on bottom. Scoop out all of the bread.

Crumble and combine with milk and eggs. Fry sausage, onions and celery; drain. Mix bread and sausage together. Put mixture in bottom half of loaf.

Put cheese on top of meat mixture. Add top of loaf; brush with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
