Preheat oven to 400 F. Scrub potatoes and cut into french fry-sized pieces. Spray a baking sheeting with oil spray (I use olive oil spray). |

Arrange potatoes on the sheet, one layer deep, spray them and sprinkle withsalt. Check after 35 minutes-if you like them really crisp, you may want to bake them a few minutes longer. |
