Sweet-and-Sour Ribs

Ingredients
cup
barbecue sauce
cup
sweet-and-sour sauce
1 tablespoon hot
pepper
sauce
2 pounds
country-style pork ribs
Preparation

Preheat
the
grill
to medium-high
heat
.

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the ribs;
mix
well.
Baste
the ribs with the sauce, then
grill
them for 10 minutes.
3
Turn
the ribs and
baste
again; discard excess
basting
sauce.
Grill
the ribs for another 10 minutes, or until completely cooked through.
