Artichoke and Crab Dip

Ingredients

1 can crab meat, drained
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 package low fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
1 pinch red pepper

Preparation

Using a hand blender, whip cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Add remaining ingredients and pour into medium sized baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 for 20 – 25 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with whole grain crackers.

This lightened up version of the classic artichoke dip doesn't miss a bit of flavor thanks to the addition of crab meat and a nutty parmesan cheese.
