Calamari Marinara

Ingredients

3 cls garlic, mince
1 cup Onions, chop fine
cup Parsley, chop
2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chop
2 pounds Squid, clean, slice
cup Clam juice
1 pch Oregano
Crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook until squid is tender.
