Ingredients

1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon tarragon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade for chicken (1 hour or more), or use to baste any kind of poultry or veggies cooked on the grill.
