Polska Kielbasa

Preparation

1 tbsp. ground black pepper 2 tbsp. salt 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt peter 5 cloves garlic, crushed add to 2 c. warm water Casings for stuffing

Mix above ingredients and stuff casings or make patties. For smoked kielbasa use 1/2 pork and 1/2 beef (ground). Casings can be bought at butcher shop. Boil at least 1 hour before serving.
