3 canned plum tomatoes, well drained and seeded, haphazardly cut or chopped into 1/2"-or-so pieces
1/2 teaspoon finely-minced garlic
Salt, to taste
1 ounces mozzarella, sliced or coarsely shredded
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 fresh basil leaf chiffonade**
On the top (except on the ridge), evenly scatter, sprinkle, or drizzle on all the remaining ingredients in the order given.
