Ingredients
Boneless shoulder cross
rib
roast or bottom round
2 lg.
onions
1
beef
bouillon
1 cup
water
1/4 cup
ketchup
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
caraway seeds
Salt
and
pepper
4 ounces can
mushrooms
2 tablespoons fat
Preparation
1
Add onions, bouillon and rest of ingredients.
Simmer
pot roast
2 1/2-3 hours.
Stew
1 1/2-2 hours. Add 4 ounces mushrooms.
