Mini Stuffed Mushrooms Or Tomatoes

Ingredients

125 grams Canned tuna, drained (4oz)
1 125 gram ful fat soft cream cheese, at room temper
2 teaspoons Freshly chopped parsley or dill
2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pun cherry tomatoes, halved or
500 grams Button mushrooms, stalk removed (1lb)
small Ground paprika and sprigs of flat leaf parsley to gar

Preparation

Mix together the tuna, cream cheese, herbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a plain nozzle.

Pipe mixture onto tomato halves or destalked mushrooms. Sprinkle over paprika and garnish with small leaves of parsley.

NOTES : Delicious finger snacks for festive entertaining or serving with a main course as a garnish.
