cup Celery, finely chopped |

cup Salted Skinless Peanuts, finely chopped |

Step 1 |
Mix together rice, celery, and salted peanuts in nonstick pan. Cover and steam until hot, about 5 minutes. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water if too dry. |

NOTES : The popular Southern name goober is from an African word for peanut, nguba. Delicious with chicken or ham. |
