I prefer to have thick consistency of the sauce, you can decide as per your choice if you wish to have more curry sauce add milk instead of water , as it helps keep the sauce rich and creamy.Serve it hot with plain rice.

This is an indian dish specifically originate from eastern part of India where I belong to, Kolkata.Being a bong I dont have to reemphasize on my foody nature.I have been thinking for long time what would be a good idea to start a food blog with, my endless love for seafood convinced me to start with this dish.This is a delicacy in westbengal and let me mention here that there are several different variations that is possible but this variation is completely owned by me. I was appreciated for this whenever I made this for a party or just for my husband. Hope you guys enjoy it and let me know if you like it.
