Lemon
Dill

Butter
1 1/2 cups
sour cream
2 tablespoons
dill
, chopped
1 tablespoon shredded
onion
4 tablespoons fresh
lemon juice
1
egg
Preparation
1
Bake
at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.

Place whole
fillet
in
baking
dish
, cover with lemon, dill, butter,
salt
and pepper. Place 2nd
fillet
over the first,
bake
45 minutes. Carefully remove the salmon
skin
and place salmon on
serving
dish
and
cool.
Serve
with sauce and new potatoes.
