Easy Egg Nog

Ingredients

2 gallons vanilla ice cream, softened
500 mls brandy
2 cups Kahlua
ground cinnamon

Preparation

Spoon softened ice cream into a punch bowl.

Stir with spoon until ice cream is smooth.

Pour brandy and Kahlua over the ice cream.

Stir gently until blended.

Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

Note: Leave ice cream out of the freezer for an hour or two to soften. It should be "melty."

TIP: Do not overstir brandy/kahlua/ice cream mixture or nog will be foamy.

Yield:

1.0 gallon of egg nog
