Peanut Butter Cake
Beat sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla well. Add flour, salt, baking powder and milk; mix well. Spread mixture in a 12x18 inch pan (only 1" deep). Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes. While cake is still hot, spread peanut butter on top. Let cool. Melt chocolate bar in vegetable oil in microwave and spread on top of peanut butter when the cake is cool.
