Mix as pastry by cutting with two knives. Shape into three balls. Chill.Roll out and cut into 8 triangles. Fill as desired. Roll up starting at wide outer edge. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
