Ingredients
1 1/4 cups
flour
1 cup
sugar
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
soda
1/2 cup
shortening
2 sm.
bananas
or 1 c. puree
2
eggs
, well beaten
Preparation
1
Mix
dry
ingredients and shortening.
Puree
bananas and add to flour mixture. Add well beaten eggs.
Bake
in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. Nuts
can
be added.
