Fresh Herbed Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1 tablespoon sage, minced
1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
1 large tomato, sliced
4 ea Orowheat Sandwich Thins

Preparation

Combine turkey, chives, parsley, sage and rosemary in a bowl. Shape into four patties.

Grill over medium heat for 4 – 5 minutes per side until turkey patties are no longer pink in the center. Do not over-cook or turkey will be dry and tough.

Place on a bun with tomatoes and lettuce.
