Angie's Shepherd's Pie


garlic powder or fresh, as much as you like
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons rosemary
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
sea salt to taste
2 cans green beans any style
8 oz shredded cheese of your choice


Brown beef, chopped onions and mushrooms in pan, with a little wine and seasonings. Then add carrots, beans, tomatoes, beef broth remaining wine and seasonings, until meet is brown and vegetables are tender. Pour into greased cooking dish. Prepare instant potatoes according to instructions. Spread instant potatoes over the meat mixture, sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees in the oven until golden brown.


This is an easy delicious recipe, I have created for Shepherd's pie. You can use different vegetables that I have used in this recipe. One of the reason's I love Shepherd's pie is that it's a great way to use up lots of left over vegetables from your garden or food storage.
