cups Cooked ground meat |

tablespoons Water |

cup Thick white sauce |

Egg, slightly beaten |

Step 1 |
Combine meat and white sauce. Season to taste. Mix thoroughly. Cool. Form in balls, cones, or cylinders. Roll in crumbs. Fry in deep fat (385F) until brown. Drain on crumpled absorbent paper. 8 servings. |
