16 oz. can salmon

¼

cup water

4

slices bread, toasted and grated

tablespoons minced onion

2

tablespoons lemon juice

¼

teaspoon pepper

½

cup frozen fresh peas, cooked

1

beaten egg

2

tablespoons chopped parsley

¼

teaspoon salt

Step 1

Remove skin and bones from the salmon, but do not drain. Mix salmon and liquid together with the remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 4 or 5 servings.

Step 2

VARIATION: Shape salmon mixture into a loaf and cover with crescent roll dough before baking. Brush with egg yolk thinned in water. Serves 4 or 5.
