16 oz. can salmon |

cup water |

slices bread, toasted and grated |

tablespoons minced onion |

tablespoons lemon juice |

teaspoon pepper |

cup frozen fresh peas, cooked |

beaten egg |
2 |
tablespoons chopped parsley |
¼ |
teaspoon salt |

Step 1 |
Remove skin and bones from the salmon, but do not drain. Mix salmon and liquid together with the remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 4 or 5 servings. |
Step 2 |
VARIATION: Shape salmon mixture into a loaf and cover with crescent roll dough before baking. Brush with egg yolk thinned in water. Serves 4 or 5. |
