Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients
16 graham crackers, crushed
cup white sugar
stk butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Mix the graham cracker and sugar, stir in the butter. Press into a 9x13-inch cake pan. Beat together the remaining ingredients. Spread over graham cracker mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. When cool, pour cherry pie filling over it. Then chill. Serve with whipped cream on top. Other fruits may be used instead of cherries.
