Ham and Cheese Wontons

Ingredients

6 ounces ham chopped
6 ounces Cheddar cheese diced
24 wonton wrappers
1 egg beaten
4 cups oil

Preparation

Mix the ham with the cheese. Place 1/2 tbsp. on each wonton wrapper. Brush sides with egg.

Fold wrappers over into triangle shapes. Seal the edges.

Heat oil to 375F. Fry wontons in oil until golden brown. Serve hot with savory sauce of your choice.
