Grilled T - Bone Steaks Florentine

Ingredients

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1 garlic clove, minced
Freshly ground pepper
1 inch) thick T-bone steaks

Preparation

Blend the first 6 ingredients in a shallow pan. Add steaks, turning to coat both sides. Let marinate at least 1 hour. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Drain steaks and sprinkle with salt. Place the steaks on the grill rack and cook to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve immediately. 2 servings; can be doubled or tripled.
