Ingredients

1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Onion
1 teaspoon Red Pepper - ground
1 teaspoon Basil
teaspoon Garlic Powder
teaspoon Thyme
teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Thyme
teaspoon Onion Powder
teaspoon Sage - ground
teaspoon Black Pepper
teaspoon White Pepper

I like the fish one best - it is hot! Beware the fumes, they can clear your sinuses instantly! Try with swordfish - outstanding!

Butter the pan, Rub lots of spice on the fish and smoke it - about 2-3 min each side till black. WOW!! Enjoy!
