Ingredients
Celery leaves
Pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
3 pounds meatball mixture (½ veal
1/2 pork -- available at a Polish meat market already mixed)
Cracker crumbs (about 1 pkg. 2 inch sq. crackers)
1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
2 eggs, whipped
Salt to taste
