Rosemary Olive Oil Bread
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Lightly coat one loaf pan with the non-stick cooking spray
Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and smooth the top surface of the batter
This recipe makes a delicious, moist bread that is not too sweet, especially if you like the flavor of rosemary.
Try the bread topped with cream cheese or butter, although it's so tasty, you won't need a topping.
