Raisin-Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

On lightly floured surface roll 1/2 recipe Basic Roll Dough to 16" x 8" rectangle. Combine sugar, butter and cinnamon. Spread over dough. Sprinkle with raisins. Roll lengthwise as a jellyroll. Seal edge, cut in 1" slices. Place cut side down in greased pan. Cover; let rise until double about 30-40 minutes. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 . Remove from pan. Frost with Confectioners Icing if desired.

Confectioners Icing: In a small bowl put 1/2 cup powdered suger and mix a little milk (about 1 tablespoon) mix with a fork and spread on top of warm rolls.
