1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon dry sherry (optional)
2 whole boneless chicken breasts, skinned and flattened
1/2 inch strips
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 med. onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
