Ketchup Stain Packets Promote Vantage Detergent in Brazil

To promote the Vantage detergent brand in Brazil, Sao Paulo ad agency DPZ Propaganda created these clever ketchup stain packets. Over 100,000 of the stain-shaped ketchup packets were distributed throughout Sao Paulo restaurants and snack bars; PSFK reports that many people ended up taking the packets home as souvenirs. The back of the packet reads, "Stains. Hard to avoid, easy to remove. Vantage stain remover." The ketchup stain packets' shape is meant to remind users that unsightly stains can occur at any moment. The DPZ Propaganda creative directors behind the promotion were Marcello Barcelos, Rafael Urenha, Diego Zaragoza, Fernando Rodrigues and Francesc Petit.
