Herbaceously Delicious Sorbets

grapefruit basil sorbet

As summer approaches we'll all be looking for ways to stay cool, and nothing refreshes on a hot day or after supper like an icy cold sorbet. Rather than a store-bought pint, try whipping up your own healthy, flavorful, and easy dessert! I love to snip fresh herbs from my garden to blend with some of my favorite fruits. Mint is the most obvious, but try adding rosemary, thyme, basil, and lavender for unexpectedly delicious flavor.
