Halle Berry's Trainer Says 'Eat Frequently'

Halle Berry's former trainer, Ramona Braganza, divulged a few of the secrets that keeps the actress in such great shape.

“Eat as frequently as you can so your blood sugar level will not drop,” Braganza says. “This will keep you from over-eating later."
