Britney Spears Goes on an 'X Factor' Diet

Britney Spears has signed on for the next season of The X Factor and her producer, Simon Cowell, has made it very clear that he wants Spears in tip-top shape. The pop star has six week to tone up and get back the abs she loved to show-off during her Femme Fatale tour, and is making sure her diet reflects Cowell's vision for his new coach. 

"Her diet includes lots of protein and super foods to help speed up her metabolism," a source said. "The plan is to keep her full in between meals with vitamin juices, so she doesn't get hungry and grab junk food."

Cowell has also agreed to fill her dressing room with her favorite healthy snacks -- prunes and figs. 

"He promised to fill her dressing room with them. That'll make her 'regular' now," the source added.
