Quick and Easy: Bread Machine Sicilian Style Bread

September 30, 2013

As a child in upstate NY, there was a bakery in our town that made the most amazing Sicilian bread. It was sold in paper bags, and the crust was so hard that we had to nibble away at it, in order to eat the slices.

It was heavenly, and I still think of that delicious loaf. Here is a recipe for Sicilian Bread that tastes as mouth watering. Luckily, it is easy enough for me to make in the bread machine, so that makes it a whole lot easier than traveling way back to my hometown to buy some more.
