Let's face it, planning a menu for any holiday meal can be stressful and time consuming - especially if you and your family need to consider dietary restrictions.  Don't worry - I've got you covered.  This delicious and ridiculously easy gluten-free July 4th menu will please the kids and adults alike (and even non gluten-free eaters).

Roasted Vegetable and Millet Salad

Mixed green salads have a hard time standing up to the heat that usually accompanies July 4th.  This year replace it with this wonderful gluten-free roasted vegetable and millet salad.  This dish get's better the longer it sits so make it in advance if possible.
